We aim to dispatch all orders within two-five working days, except weekends & bank holidays.
Postage & Shipping
UK only, sandard carriage is Free per order regardless of amount purchased.
When returning items, please retain proof of postage or send via an insurable method as you are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises. For hygiene and Health and Safety reasons we have a STRICT NO RETURNS policy on all earrings for pierced ears. This included sets which contain pierced earrings as part there of. Any errors in an order must be made known to us within 24 hours of receipt. All items remain property of Charmed Moments until payment is received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may constitute a breach of these Terms of Use.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or cancel any order for any reason at any time. As a result we will refund your payment asap. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you in either case to inform you.
No order is considered accepted until payment has been cleared & authorized and the product is shipped.
Pricing Information
While Charmed Moments strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We therefore cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, normanfa.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or cancel any orders placed for that item.
In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, we will inform you of the problem.
